Beta legal status
These are beta terms for the current private service. Final paid public launch terms need solicitor review and must include the confirmed service provider name, company number, registered address, support email, and VAT position.
TickrScope helps self-directed users organise market research. It does not provide personal recommendations, trade execution, copy trading, investment management, tax advice, legal advice, or broker introductions.
These are beta terms for the current private service. Final paid public launch terms need solicitor review and must include the confirmed service provider name, company number, registered address, support email, and VAT position.
The service may help with watchlists, saved notes, source-backed research cards, filings, headlines, alerts, evidence gaps, and research rules. You remain responsible for checking sources and making your own decisions.
TickrScope does not connect to broker accounts for order placement, does not rebalance accounts, and does not ask for broker credentials or private keys.
Nothing in TickrScope should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, subscribe for, exchange, redeem, allocate, rebalance, or otherwise transact in any investment. TickrScope does not assess suitability against your personal circumstances.
TickrScope is directed at UK users aged 18 or over. If you access it from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for checking whether local rules allow that use.
Keep account credentials and Telegram access secure. Do not share your account, create duplicate trial accounts, or let another person use your access.
Telegram is a third-party service. Bot messages, commands, tickers, and alerts pass through Telegram's systems. Alerts may be delayed, missed, or unavailable, so do not rely on them as your only source of time-sensitive market information.
AI summaries and market data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Check original sources before relying on any research output. AI content is a starting point for research, not a statement of fact or advice.
Paid checkout must show the plan price, renewal date, cancellation route, trial terms, refund position, and any usage limits before payment. The current public-v1 pricing direction is still pre-launch. Subscriptions and trials remain blocked until final checkout wording is approved.
If paid digital access starts immediately, the checkout flow must record explicit consent and acknowledgement for the cooling-off treatment. Refund and cancellation wording must match the live Stripe customer-portal flow before broad paid launch.
Do not use TickrScope for market manipulation, unauthorised financial promotions, scraping, credential sharing, broker automation, insider dealing, or advising others.
TickrScope content, product design, source-backed card formats, and branding are protected. You may use them for personal research, but must not resell, republish, scrape, or use them to build a competing service without written permission.
You retain ownership of watchlists, portfolio entries, alert preferences, notes, and other data you add. Privacy, export, deletion, retention, and processor details are covered in the privacy notice.
Nothing here is intended to remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Paid digital content must be as described and handled consistently with UK consumer-rights rules.
TickrScope is not liable for investment decisions you make from your own research. Any final liability cap, indemnity, or dispute wording needs solicitor review before it is treated as final.
Beta features may change, break, be suspended, or be withdrawn. Material reductions to a paid plan should be notified and reflected in the cancellation and refund process.
Pending before paid public launch: confirmed legal entity, company number, registered address, support email, VAT position, final complaint route, and any applicable ADR details.
Report incorrect, unsupported, advice-like, billing, privacy, or security issues through the beta support route or Telegram commands when enabled: /bug, /report, /privacy, /export, /delete, and /stop.
Supporting pages: Risk and regulatory status, refunds and cancellation, acceptable use, privacy, cookies, and accessibility.
