Telegram limitation
Telegram-first delivery is convenient but not enough for every user. A web/PWA route and alternate support channel should be part of the launch plan.
Known beta gap
A formal accessibility audit and statement are still required before public paid launch.
Report a barrier
Users should be able to report accessibility, readability, navigation, or support barriers through the beta support route.
Pre-launch requirement
Publish a final accessibility statement after testing key pages, checkout, onboarding, Telegram support, and data-rights flows.
